RED COVID RESPONSE UPDATE

Under the red traffic light framework, we may need to implement a few changes in store. Until then, please remember to scan in and hand sanitise at the door and maintain distance from other customers and team members.

If necessary, we will set up a serving counter at the front door. You will still be welcome inside the pharmacy but where we can help you from there, we will. This will help us control the number of people in store at any time. Thank you for your understanding of changes we make - we do them to try and protect our team so we can continue to be there for you ongoing.

MY VACCINE PASSES

As an essential business we are not required to sight your My Vaccine Pass and your vaccination status does not affect entry. Our team fall under the mandatory vaccination order but to keep yourself, us and other customers safe, we have a few requests:

Please use the QR code displayed in store to keep your digital diary.
Please hand sanitise at the door with the sanitiser provided.
Please wear your mask.
Please only enter when there is up to 9 other customers in store and otherwise just wait a minute for someone to leave.
Please remember to still socially distance 1m away from other people in store.
Please don't enter if you are sick with fever, cough, sore throat or shortness of breath. Rather, call us from your car for assistance and then call Healthline on 0800 358 5453.

We will be wearing our masks; the screens up on the counters; cleaning will increase again, as will hand washing and distancing.

PRESCRIPTIONS

Prescriptions can be dropped off in store or be faxed or emailed from your doctor. If you have the physical script, you can take a photo of it and email it to script@ahuriripharmacy.co.nz.

Scripts may take a little longer than normal, we are processing more than normal. Thank you for your patience. We can text you when your script is ready or deliver it if you live in the local area if you prefer not to wait for it.

CONTACT FREE AND DELIVERIES

If you are staying free of contact with others, we can be contacted by email on info@ahuriripharmacy.co.nz or phone 835 7948. Our free, local home delivery service is continuing and just a phone call away. Online shopping is available at www.ahuriripharmacy.co.nz with delivery and click and collect options.

We have had this online shopping website up and running for over 10 years, so we're in the practice of supplying our customers the products they need and love without them leaving the house. So, whether you need to top up your first aid kit, toilet bag or need over the counter medicines, you can comfortably and safely do that right here. We also have a range of supplements to promote health and can arrange home delivery of your prescription medicines in the local area.

If you are caring for an elderly person that will struggle using the online store, please note that you can place the order and have it sent to them via courier.

COVID-19 VACCINATIONS

COVID Vaccinations are available for first, second and booster shots as well as for 5-11 year olds. Please make bookings online if possible.

AHURIRI BEAUTY THERAPY

The beauty room will be open with therapists wearing masks during appointments. As a separate entity to the pharmacy, we have different requirements for the beauty therapy. We are required to scan your My Vaccine Pass when you arrive. We are unable to offer treatments to unvaccinated people.
