Usage:

To supply fibre to help maintain a healthy digestive system and prevent constipation.

Ingredients:

Psyllium seed husk.

Dosage:

Add two level 5ml medicinal measuring spoons (approx 7g) of Metamucil to 250ml of cool water or juice.
Stir briskly and drink immediately. An additional glass of water is helpful.

Precautions:

Do not consume in the dry state, always in combination with adequate water or juice.
