Adult (18+ years) dose:
Snip or tear off the end of the packet and squeeze the gel in up to 100ml of cool drink and consume in one swallow on an empty stomach. Wait at least 15 minutes before eating. Repeat a second time that day if necessary or as directed.
Adding the gel to hot drinks or blending isn't recommended. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight.
