Our accredited Pharmacist can offer you a consultation to determine if a medical certificate is appropriate. Certificates can only be issued for short-term and for minor illnesses, such as colds, coughs, or diarrhoea (excluding injuries).
Book an appointment here or come in store Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Fridays or Saturdays. Certificates are only supplied under the Pharmacist's discretion. Consultations are not funded so incur a charge. In addition, any medication supplied at the consultation is an extra charge to the consultation fee.
This consultation needs to be done in person in the pharmacy.
