Usage:

Solarcare tablets contain Vitamin B3 for the prevention of basal and squamous cell carcinoma in people at high risk. When taken orally, Vitamin B3 acts to repair and regenerate the skin while maintaining and improving the skin’s integrity and structure. Working from the inside out, B3 tablets heal and protect all skin types.

The largest trial of Vitamin B3 treatment at a dose of 500mg twice daily, taken for a year, had the results:

The rate of new nonmelanoma skin cancers was reduced by approximately 23%,
Basal cell carcinomas were reduced by 20%,
Squamous cell carcinomas were reduced by 30%.

Ingredients:

Each tablet contains Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide) 500mg.

Dosage:

Adults take 1 tablet twice daily, for at least 3 months. Solarcare B3 creams can still be applied in conjunction with the tablets.

Safety:

The tablets are TGA-approved in Australia and now available in NZ with a prescription. Niacinamide taken at recommended doses is generally very well tolerated and is not associated with any common side effects.
