Time to get back on track!

After a nice, relaxing & certainly overindulging Christmas break it is time to get back on track… I have started off nice & easy this week so as not to shock the system too much!

My 3 goals for this week have been:

  1. Drink at least 3X800ml Bottles of water per day.
  2. Eat healthy, balanced meals (no more chilli philly & crackers!)
  3. Take my vitamins
  4. Start an exercise programme

So far so good! I have found a good 30 day challenge online which emails workouts through each day and will be starting that today – it’s going to hurt!
